Each member will invest a minimum of 32 hours per year or 4 days per year up to a maximum (if you participate in all optional bi-monthly half day meetings and maximize one-on-one coaching hours) of 68 hours per year or 8.5 days per year.

Plus whatever additional time a member wants to invest in preparing for meetings, reaching out to members and the Group Mentor. Remember, you will only get out as much (usually more) than what you put in.
No, Female Executive Board is not a woman’s networking group. Yes, you will meet other successful female executives and you can certainly tap into the Female Executive Board’s community; however, it is not a networking group. Female Executive Board is focused on your personal and professional development as well as your success. It is your structured, customized, development program with your Group Mentor and peers, equipping you with the feedback and tools you need to succeed.
Your application (paying particular attention to your goals, objectives, positions and companies to avoid conflict of interest) will be reviewed and profiles of groups will be shared with you, so that together, you and Female Executive Board will find the best group for you.
Meetings are held at local member companies, giving members the opportunity to showcase their place of employment and giving all members the opportunity to experience first hand different company cultures and spaces.
The first step is to complete the membership application and talk with one of the Group Mentors at Female Executive board. Based on your goals and objectives and ensuring that no external or internal conflict of interest (competitors, major customer, vendor, employee) exist, you and your Group Mentor will find the right group for you. This process usually takes only 1-2 days (depending on schedules). Once you are assigned a group you will meet with your Group Mentor (usually within 1-2 weeks) and then join the next regularly scheduled meeting (Quarterly or Bi-Monthly) for the group.
Female Executive Board knows that a single member's absence diminishes the value for everyone, thus everything possible will be done to ensure maximum attendance. We also recognize that an absence or two will be inevitable. In those circumstances, the Group Mentor will ensure that all members receive all of the pertinent information.
If, for whatever reason you are not receiving the value you expected and need, all you have to do is talk to a Group Mentor (either yours or another). The Group mentor will help you determine where the value is missing. If appropriate, you can either try another group, or in a very rare instance, end your membership in Female Executive Board the next quarter.
Female Executive Board is not a cost, rather an investment in you and your success.
Your (or your company’s) investment in your professional development and success is $3,900 per year.
